3 Hot Teapots

Most Hold and Win slots give you one bonus trigger and one bonus mode. 3 Hot Teapots gives you three meters, three modifiers, and a fourth outcome that combines all of them when the rarest condition is met. The 3 hot teapots slot is built around the question of which pot fills first — and whether the others are close enough behind to change what the Hold and Win round becomes.
The three animated teapots sit above the 5x3 reel grid, each one corresponding to a different colour of Progress Symbol that appears on the reels. Red symbols fill the Red Teapot, linked to the BOOST modifier. Turquoise fills the Double Teapot, linked to DOUBLE. Purple fills the Purple Teapot, linked to MULTI. Fill any one and the Hold and Win Bonus activates with that modifier's enhancement running inside it. Fill all three at the same time and the Super Bonus Game opens — the highest-intensity version of the feature, running with a minimum 3x multiplier from the very first respin.
The setting is a warm, deeply red Asian tea ceremony backdrop — painted scrolls, delicate porcelain, steam rising from the pots in the corners of the screen. The symbols are a mix of classic slot iconography and Asian design: a Hostess character who acts as both Wild and the game's top-paying symbol, a Koi fish, ornamental fans, lucky coins, and card royals illustrated in red and gold. The Hostess Wild substitutes for all standard symbols and also produces the highest line win values of any single symbol on the board.
The Hold and Win Bonus — Respin Mechanics and Jackpot Structure
Once a teapot meter fills and the Hold and Win activates, the mechanics follow the same core structure regardless of which modifier is running:
Opening: All teapot coin symbols currently on the reels lock into their positions. Three respins begin (five in the Super Bonus Game).
During respins: Only teapot symbols, jackpot symbols, and multiplier tokens can land. Standard symbols do not appear. Every new symbol that lands locks in place and resets the respin counter to 3.
Progressive multiplier: Multiplier symbols landing during the respin sequence add their values to a running progressive total. At round end, this accumulated multiplier is applied to the sum of all collected teapot coin values. A round where multipliers kept arriving throughout can end with a significantly amplified total.
Fixed jackpot structure:
| Jackpot | Value | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Mini | Fixed multiplier | Can land more than once per round |
| Minor | Fixed multiplier | Can land more than once per round |
| Major | 100x total coins | Fixed — can land more than once per round |
| Grand | 1,000x total coins | Awarded only when the entire playing field is covered |
The Grand Jackpot at 1,000x requires the full field to be covered with teapot symbols before the respin counter drains. Multiple lower jackpots (Mini, Minor, Major) can land in the same round and each contributes to the accumulated total.
Features and Bonuses
| Feature | Trigger | What It Delivers |
|---|---|---|
| Hostess Wild | Lands on any reel | Substitutes for all standard symbols. Also the top-paying base game line symbol. |
| Red Progress Symbol | Lands on reels during base game | Fills the Red Teapot meter (BOOST). |
| Turquoise Progress Symbol | Lands on reels during base game | Fills the Turquoise Teapot meter (DOUBLE). |
| Purple Progress Symbol | Lands on reels during base game | Fills the Purple Teapot meter (MULTI). |
| Hold and Win Bonus | Any single teapot meter fills | Sticky teapot coins, 3 respins, progressive multiplier accumulation, modifier from filled teapot active. |
| BOOST modifier | Red Teapot fills | Randomly adds 1x–10x multipliers to existing board positions during the feature. |
| DOUBLE modifier | Turquoise Teapot fills | Doubles the value of one selected teapot coin position. |
| MULTI modifier | Purple Teapot fills | Applies multipliers across multiple board positions; all multipliers accumulate progressively. |
| Super Bonus Game | All three meters fill simultaneously | 5 respins, minimum 3x multiplier guaranteed, all multipliers stack progressively on top. |
| Mini / Minor / Major Jackpots | Jackpot symbols land during Hold and Win | Fixed prizes — can each land more than once per round. |
| Grand Jackpot | Full field coverage during Hold and Win | 1,000x total coins — awarded when every position is filled. |
| Feature Buy | Available in game menu | Standard: buys directly into Hold and Win with one modifier. Super: buys directly into Super Bonus Game with all modifiers. |
3 Hot Teapots Win Table: Base Game Symbol Values
The base game runs on 25 fixed lines. Wins form from reel 1 leftward when 3 or more matching symbols appear on an active line. All values are multipliers of your line play amount:
| Symbol | 5x | 4x | 3x | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hostess (Wild) | Highest | High | Mid | Wild + top line symbol |
| Koi Fish | High | Mid | Low | High value character |
| Ornamental Fan | Good | Mid | Small | High value |
| Lucky Coin | Good | Mid | Small | Mid value |
| A / K / Q / J | Low | Minimum | Minimum | Card royals |
Exact multiplier values are shown in the in-game Win Table at your current play amount. The Hostess Wild is unusual because she is both the Wild substitute and the highest line-paying symbol — five Hostess Wilds on a line produce the best single base game line combination available. Progress Symbols (Red, Turquoise, Purple) do not form line wins themselves — they exist only to fill the teapot meters.
3 Hot Teapots RTP & Volatility
The 3 Hot Teapots slot has an RTP range of 94.8%–96.3%. Operators select which configuration to deploy, and the figure shown in the in-game information panel on Lavish Luck reflects the active setting for your session. The 96.3% configuration is the higher-return setting that platforms prioritise for player experience.
Volatility is high. The base game runs at an average hit frequency — the Hostess Wild appears across all reels and contributes to combinations regularly, and card symbol wins provide a steady low-level return between teapot-filling events. But the significant session outcomes are concentrated in the Hold and Win Bonus and the Super Bonus Game, not in base game line wins.
Teapot meters fill at different rates depending on which Progress Symbols appear most frequently across a session. Sessions where all three meters fill at roughly the same pace are building toward the simultaneous trigger condition for the Super Bonus. Sessions where one meter consistently races ahead will produce single-modifier Hold and Win rounds more frequently. Both are valid session shapes — single-modifier rounds with a strong MULTI progressive accumulation can produce meaningful totals even without the Super Bonus configuration.
Three Things That Separate 3 Hot Teapots From Similar Slots
Three modifiers instead of one keeps bonus rounds distinct. Most Hold and Win slots produce essentially the same experience on every bonus trigger. The 3 hot teapots game produces three meaningfully different bonus experiences depending on which teapot filled — and a fourth Super Bonus experience when all three align. After dozens of bonus triggers across a long session, no two rounds feel identical if different modifiers keep activating.
The MULTI modifier's progressive accumulation is the most interesting mechanic. BOOST adds a fixed uplift. DOUBLE applies a straightforward doubler. MULTI accumulates multipliers across the entire respin sequence into a progressive running total applied at round end. A MULTI round where multipliers arrive on five of six respins produces a compounding total that neither BOOST nor DOUBLE can match in their standard configurations. It's the most complex modifier and the one that most rewards understanding how it works.
The Super Bonus is meaningful, not just marketing. A minimum 3x multiplier running from the first of five respins — with every subsequent multiplier adding to that floor — is a genuinely different experience from a standard 3-respin round. The 5-respin count also gives the board more time to fill, improving the Grand Jackpot's accessibility compared to a standard 3-respin round. When the Super Bonus fires, the difference in session potential is immediately apparent.
